/* in short */

The problem

Creators drown in competitor videos and raw view counts. A million-view account having an ordinary day looks like a hit; a small account’s real breakout gets missed.

What I did

Founded, designed and built the product: the scoring model, the patterns view, the studio that writes and renders posts, and the agency tools around it.

The result

25 milestones shipped, from competitor radar to direct publishing, with agency plans and billing.

/* key decisions */

The product is opinionated about what “working” means.

01 · scoring

Judge every video against its creator’s own normal

A 20k-average creator hitting 200k (10×) ranks above a 1M-average creator hitting 1.2M (1.2×).

tradeoff
Big accounts rarely top the list.
why
Raw views reward size, not ideas. Multipliers surface what a smaller creator can actually copy.
02 · trust

Every claim links to its evidence

Each “what works” pattern lists the videos behind it, and every breakdown can be traced back to the clip.

tradeoff
More UI around every insight.
why
AI summaries are easy to doubt. Showing the receipts is what makes a creator act on one.
03 · pricing

Demo mode instead of a free trial

Every provider has a demo adapter, so the full product runs on clearly labelled sample data before anyone pays.

tradeoff
Nobody gets free real analysis.
why
Real analysis costs real money per video. The demo shows the whole product without that cost.
04 · honesty

“Still counting” for videos under a day old

Fresh videos are marked as still counting instead of being scored.

tradeoff
The newest videos appear without a score.
why
Early numbers read as flops and would teach creators the wrong lesson.
